Particle = Knot

Matter is not added to space. It is a stable topological configuration of the space-time fabric itself.

1. The End of Dualism

Standard physics treats space-time as a stage and matter as actors performing on it. This dualism creates unsolvable problems when trying to unify Gravity (geometry) and Quantum Mechanics (particles).

The TERN Model resolves this by asserting Monism: There is only one substance, the Space-Time Network. What we perceive as "matter" is simply a region where the network is twisted, curved, and vibrating intensely. An electron is not a point particle in a void; it is a knot in the fabric.

2. The Three Geometric Attributes

In TERN, every particle is defined by three inseparable geometric properties of the network knot:

The density of deformation of the knot. A tighter knot creates a deeper gravitational well. Mass is simply the measure of this topological curvature. Gravity is not a force pulling objects; it is the slope created by the knot.

The chirality (direction of twist) of the knot. Clockwise torsion = Positive Charge (+). Counter-clockwise torsion = Negative Charge (-). Electromagnetism arises from the interaction of these twists in the adjacent fabric.

The oscillatory spread of the knot over adjacent meshes. This explains Wave-Particle Duality. When not observed, the knot vibrates across multiple paths (superposition). Measurement "locks" the knot into a specific configuration.

Topological Structure of a Particle

A particle is a stable standing wave in the network. The interplay of Curvature (Blue), Torsion (Purple), and Vibration (Gold) defines its identity (electron, quark, photon).

3. Unification of Forces

By defining matter as geometry, TERN unifies the fundamental forces:
